Changed it up a bit and used my lime ponzu instead of the plain soy sauce. I thought I had adobo sauce but didn’t so my chicken wasn’t spicy but had a great flavor and was tender and juicy.

Loved the mango and avocado relish! I wasn’t sure what to serve it with so went with rice that I added black beans and corn to and it was a nice complement.

I used lime ponzu instead of plain soy sauce but that was the only change I made. I served it with rice that I added cilantro, beans and corn to. I changed it up a little bit by removing the onions and adding a bit more of the sauce because I had 5 chicken breasts.
