My hubby and kids liked this dish. I found it to be a little too rich and might replace the Alfredo sauce with a more traditional lasagna filling. It was easy to make and made a nice presentation. I liked using grilled chicken instead of beef and/or Italian sausage and thought it was a really nice variation. Would make again but will make a few changes to the filling.

Thanks Holly! It’s such an easy marinade. We use it to soak veggie kabobs before grilling too. YUM!

Fun! I’ll have to go scope it out. Someone from church brought Lasagna Rolls to us for supper after we had our baby, so I of course, had to try to make it myself. My hubby, who doesn’t usually go for Italian things, LOVED this!

Wow. I made my own version of this called “3 Cheese Lasagna Rolls’ a few months ago. Very similar to yours. Great minds think alike : )
