		<description><![CDATA[WONDERFUL!  I finished the first batch of this off in just 3 months, so I am now making another batch.  This is much, MUCH better than anything you can buy at the store - and cheaper!

I did make two slight modifications:  one, i use 1/3 DARK cocoa and 2/3 regular cocoa where indicated for cocoa powder.. .this really ups the richness even more.  makes it quite a gourmet cocoa.  also, i use about 1/2-2/3 of the powdered milk indicated - i simply ran out the first time and it turned out so good that is what i am doing now.

warning - to does make a TON so i make a 1/2 batch each time and it lasts a long time, even if having cocoa nightly.]]></description>
