		<description><![CDATA[I have the most incredible Meyer Lemon tree in my yard.  I just picked them off the tree because I was afraid of the freeze we had last week even though, we live in Northern Florida.  Counted 121.  Love them.

How long can the lemon curd stay in the fridge and do you by any chance, have some great recipes that calls for lemon juice?  I usually squeeze all the juice, measure it out into 1 cup measure and freeze in bottom of Cool Whip containers.  Then when frozen, pop the lemon cube out, wrap in saran wrap and put in freezer bags for anytime lemonade or whatever.]]></description>
