		<description><![CDATA[Cherrispryte - chocolate melts at below body temperature, so you don&#039;t need the water to be boiling, just steaming some. Also, once you have melted all the ingredients together, let it cool for a few minutes before you put it in the bag. You need it to still be fluid, but not runny - and definitely not so hot it melts your bag! I haven&#039;t tried these yet, but they should definitely be on the list!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m not very experienced with using a double broiler, but I had SUCH a hard time with these. I melted the nutella, added, the butter and chips, then something went awry. At first, I thought everything had seized up, but the mixture wasn&#039;t grainy, it was just dull and SOLID. And when it came to piping, the stuff was so hot, it melted the plastic bag, and then somehow oozed through my pastry bag, despite the fact that that is made of plastic-coated cloth. I wound up rolling it into long worms then dicing those .... Anyway, fantastic idea, just apparently more complicated (for me, at least) than it seems!]]></description>
