		<description><![CDATA[I LOVE fresh noodles!  We make them at least once a week, and our recipe is almost the same as yours.  If you put in 1/2 t. of baking soda with the flour, it makes the noodles a little puffier and they really hold onto the sauce.  There is just no comparison with store bought noodles, which I haven&#039;t bought since we figured out how to make our own.  Everyone try this!  You&#039;ll never go back!]]></description>
