		<description><![CDATA[I made this caramel sauce last night.  I used it as a topping on some blondies i baked for a friend.  actually, i was in such a hurry to get it made that i put all the ingredients together and my boyfriend did the &quot;swirling&quot; and really deserves the credit for the sauce being a success.  We made a double batch so it took about 20 min for the sauce to caramelize.  I will definitely make this again!  Thanks!]]></description>
