And thank you for adding that pinch of salt. I know...sounds so silly but every other recipe I have seen on making butter has foo-foo&#039;d the whole idea of adding salt. 
In my honest opinion, it truly does give butter a better flavor - more outstanding then butter already is. 
That one tiny lil pinch isn&#039;t going to cause a train wreck to one&#039;s health.
