		<description><![CDATA[I used this in a yellow cake I made and it did wonderful.  It seem so much better then using the store bought baking powder.  I just mix some up when I need it for baking.  I never have to worry if my cakes are going to rise beautifully.]]></description>

German baking powder is different from American baking powder so I was never able to get the right stuff here, which is why American recipes calling for baking powder failed most of the time. I got a box of baking powder (aluminum free) from Wal Mart on my last vacation, but now I don&#039;t have to worry about it being empty one day.
