How many jars did you use and what siza are the jars?

Hi I am new to canning and have read on other sites to place a towel in the bottom of the pot then jars on top? What is best to do, just jars on base of pot or on a towel in pot?

These are soo good! You were right. I am stuffing these babies everywhere. In everything I cook, my mouth, kids mouths, and any other mouth I can get too.
I used the canning method to prepare these and would like to say a very big thank you to Rebecca for writing her recipes thoroughly and in a way that makes me feel like I’m reading a recipe from a friend. Thanks.
