Husband and I thought we would try a little sample of the bread warm from the oven dipped into the oil.

I didn’t have oregano in my garden so I skipped it, but I can’t imagine that it could have turned out any better. I put all the herbs and spices in my mortar and pestle and mixed them a little before I stirred them into the olive oil just to hurry the flavor a little bit. (I’m not very patient!) I absolutely love it!
