		<description><![CDATA[Hey guys, sorry I didn&#039;t reply sooner. Golden Syrup is British, but you should be able to find it at Whole Foods or in big grocery stores with an international section. If not then you can probably substitute with corn syrup although it isn&#039;t quite the same. Golden syrup has the same consistancy and colour as honey but tastes more like slightly burned/browned sugar.]]></description>

Evidently, you can substitute equal parts corn syrup &amp; molasses; or, a 2 parts corn syrup to one part molasses mixture; or just plain old corn syrup, if you don&#039;t like the taste of molasses (I love molasses so I&#039;ll probably go 50/50). But 14 ounces of syrup? No wonder it&#039;s sticky! :)]]></description>
