		<description><![CDATA[I used this on my Christmas ham and it was delish!!  We had an uncut, bone-in ham, so I just made criss-crossed cuts on the outside of the ham and basted about every 45 mins.  We covered with foil all but the last 15-20 mins.  The ham turned out nice and moist and very tasty!]]></description>
