Went to local farmer’s market a week ago and bought squash for $1.00 a piece (crazy isn’t it). Then Thanksgiving came, and I told husband I was making it shortly thereafter. Well, made it yesterday. It tasted even better than the pic. Doubled recipe and have 4 nice bowls for meals. Only change was I added freshly grated nutmeg while simmering. YUMMO
