Crunch! Sweetness! Converted some of our Thanksgiving guests to become Brussels sprouts lovers! I couldn’t find shelled hazelnuts, and of course didn’t have a nutcracker, so the sight of me using a hammer on the hazelnuts, I’m sure was very funny! So worth the effort!
