		<description><![CDATA[I made this exact recipe last week and have some questions....

1.  Seven ounces of ground walnuts.  Before grinding, or after
2.  Egg whites and powdered sugar all at once?  Or beat egg whites first?  Mine never really got fluffy.
3.  My mixture was WAAAY too sticky and wet to knead.
4.  I had to use a LOT of powdered sugar to keep the dough from sticking to me and the counter when I patted it down to cut shapes.
My result was a dense nutty cookie, which is yummy, but I don&#039;t think it turned out like it should have.  I&#039;m not a novice in the baking department, and want to try these again, so would love to have these questions answered!
