I have always been a stuffing in the bird girl but between the health risks and the fact that there isn’t enough room in the bird for all the stuffing I would need went looking for an alternate. Estelles stuffing is moist and flavorful and also makes a 9X11 pan. This has become my go to stuffing. I imagine that you could add whatever elements you want to make it your own and you would have a new family recipe.
