we just made these for easter and had a blast! My son thought they looked like Eagle Nests (as he has been watching the eagle cam!) Very easy and worked great! Thanks for the fun and memories!

Made these for my daughter’s 4H meeting and they were the talk of the meeting even garnering special mention in the meeting notes! I decorated some nests with Robin’s Eggs and some with Peep sitting on top. Adorable and apparently tasty. The peanut butter is a must in this recipe as without it they are a little bland and dry. I made the mistake of making half with peanut butter and half without (to accomodate peanut allergy people). I had no problems with them setting up and hardening.
Adorable recipe that will definitely become an Easter/spring tradition in our house.

I made these cute little nests, too. They were adorable. I made them for a brunch a they were a big hit. Cute and tasty and very easy!

I made these the other night. They were so easy and looked very cute. But….there was a problem. I had intended them for church on Easter Sunday, but they never firmed up. They were WAY too gooey to trust little kids wearing their Sunday best in church! Might I suggest leaving out the peanut butter I think that is why they never went back to a solid state.

My girls (4 and 5 years old) and I made these tonight and we had a blast! I helped them dump the 1/4 cup of the mixture on parchment paper and then they used their fingers to form the nest. We used jelly beans, gummy eggs, and chocolate eggs to decorate them. You couldn’t ask for an easier, fun thing to do in the kitchen with little kids! Thanks!
