We made ours with frozen watermelon (instead of using the ice) and needed to add a little rum to the blender to get it to blend. I drank mine with this little rum and my husband added to the usual amount. Perfect blend of mint and lime, and so refreshing after a long summer day! A new favorite use for watermelon.
