Fabulous! I was a little skeptical at first because, although I don't make A LOT of smoothies, all of them that I have made have had dairy in them. I thought using just water would cause it to be bland and/or not very thick. And, spinach? In a smoothie? But, I am generally up for trying new things and since it looked so pretty, I gave it a try! I'm so glad I did!! My 3-year old and I both thought it was fantastic! Really, really good! My layers didn't turn out quite as pretty as yours, but it was still worth making and I will definitely make it again. Thank You for sharing!!
