I don’t drink much coffee because of the caffeine – however this recipe will fit like a glove on my favorite coffee substitute Date Seed Coffee :-)
It’s actually prepared similarly to coffee so I literally have to follow the recipe to the dot …. pour coffee and water mixture through the strainer, allowing all liquid to run through in order to discard grounds. :-)

Would be interesting to try with other coffee alternatives.

Yesterday I made 1-3/4 gallons of concentrate. That will last me a long time. After housework is done 4 the day, I sit down for a glass of ice coffee. So good. Easy to make & you can flavor it any way you want.
