I love the way you used honey instead of plain sugar to sweeten it up. I love sangria usually red but this one moves to the top of the list. I also kept the apples from the first “sitting” round and put them back in the finished sangria for an extra kick, they soaked up all the alcohol. Thanks for a keeper.
