		<description><![CDATA[I should have mentioned the tea used for chai is generally black, like  darjeeling or assam. I wouldn&#039;t use earl grey or any other scented tea since it might interfere with all the yummy spices.

You should be able to find the pods in your spice section, but if not, they can be ordered on line from a number of sources (just google cardamon pods). You could experiment with substituting ground cardamon, I would guess about 2 to 3 teaspoons  for the entire mix. The powder is much more concentrated than the pods. Enjoy!]]></description>
