FYI:  I have found that nuts blend better if pre-soaked.  Just put nuts in a bowl of water for 30 minutes-24 hours, drain &amp; rinse before use.  Much better on digestion!  Also, oatmeal in smoothies works beautifully as well.  Again, I like to use quick cooking oats &amp; soak for 30 minutes.]]></description>
