		<description><![CDATA[I make this exact recipe all the time for me and my husband and the nice thing is that you can substitute. Sometimes I don&#039;t have white chocolate chips so I just use all chocolate and it still turns out fine, and sometimes I dont have stick butter so I use tub butter and it works as well, the only thing I did use once once 2% milk and it just didnt have the right consistency, so I just use whole milk, since it&#039;s what I usually have anyway. This is our after dinner desert almost every night in the summer. My husband is addicted to them. :)]]></description>
