		<description><![CDATA[I only had Persian limes on hand but it made a very deliciously tart limeade.  I would highly recommend this recipe.  It was very easy, except for squeezing the limes.  You could use purchased lime or lemon juice if you wanted to speed things up but it may not taste as good as fresh squeezed.]]></description>
