Great recipe!
I don’t like coffee, so I used cold hot chocolate in place of the espresso, plus left out the sugar, adding extra cocoa powder to taste along with a few chocolate chips. Blending the ice was a little tricky, but it was definitely worth it!! Almost like starbucks! =)

I’m a Starbucks addict. My usual is a tall mocha frapp, double blended with no whip. It’s Christmas. I need more money. So I will be trying this out, hehe. I’m so excited, thanks for the share!

Megandemo: If you are using coffee.. I would allow the coffee to cool slightly and combine it with the milk in a cup before dumping it into the blender with the ice. The key to making this drink taste like Starbucks is the ratio of ice to liquid when blending. You don’t want the ice to melt too quickly. Hope this helps!
