This was pretty good. I would probably make it again, although I wouldn't say it is the most favorite chai I have ever had. It was quick and easy. A little messy with all the straining, but not too bad. The only thing I did different was I just added 1 tablespoon sugar (instead of 2) while cooking, then when I served it in my cup I stirred in a teaspoon of honey. I used black tea bags that I had on hand, since I didn't have loose-leaf tea. It took about 12 individual tea bags to equal 1/4 cup, in case anyone wants to know. So next time I can just use 12 tea bags instead of loose-leaf; that would cut down on some of the mess and make it easier to strain. But overall, pretty good. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
