I wound up using equal portions of vanilla and almond but cutting back the ratio of extracts to tea. (I made it for a fancy wedding shower.) I think it eventually became a gallon of strong, sweet, lemon tea to 1T each almond and vanilla.
It got a lot of positive comments and several folks asked for the Secret Ingredient! Thanks for the recipe–it’s by far my favorite punch now!
