I personally use **Wild Honey Hunters** raw honey (collected by traditional forest tribes), and the taste becomes even more vibrant and wholesome. 		<description><![CDATA[I tried this one today, and I am sorry to say, that we just did not like it.

after the 5 hour wait it had very little flavor at all, so I let it sit a few more hours.  Then it was just mostly a sugar with mint drink.  Not too exciting. 

 I think it might be improved by adding a large quantity of lemon or lime juice which would  make it like a mint julep.]]></description>
