Very good! I used a mini-muffin pan so they turned out more like mini-cupcakes than brownies.

Love these! So incredibly moist – I use extra dark cocoa powder and they are a hit with everyone I’ve served them to! Thanks for an amazing recipe.

I’m glad the instructions said that the batter might look dry, b/c I wondered if I did something wrong. But it turned out just great & I can’t tell there’s zucchini in it! I’ll make these cake-like brownies again.

These were super rich and delicious. I did substitute applesauce for the oil. I also had to cook mine for 40 minutes, but in the end they turned out great! My whole family loved them.
