This was absolutely amazing!!! It reminded me of the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake from Olive Garden without all the hassle of making a cheesecake. The family loved it and it was gone in a flash. It was incredibly simple and turned out beautiful!

I made my own crust (Its what I had) with 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers, 6Tbs melted butter and 1/8 cup sugar. I pressed it into a tart pan and baked it at 425 for 7-8 minutes. The combination with the crust and white chocolate/raspberry mixture was unbelievable! I'm sure the graham crust would be just as good, but I think I will stick with the vanilla wafer version- not need to fix what isnt broken.

Amazing recipe! Will make for parties, gifts, etc. Thanks so much!

Oh, I registered for this site just so I could review this recipe. Thats how much I loved it!
