I’ve been making these for a while and we love them. However, they are definitely more cakey than cookie. Also, there is soo much sugar! I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes and am wondering if there is a healthier substitute. Any suggestions for these issues? Thanks!

These were softer than I imagined they would be and not really chewy BUT….they were amazing and my husband LOVED them. Will make again!!!

Wonderful! They tasted just like a pumpkin pie with little white chocolate pieces added in! Everyone at worked loved them!

Great recipe, although took the advice of other reviewers in cutting back the white chocolate to about a cup, and added half a cup of chopped pecans for a nice crunch. Brought to Thanksgiving dinner and everyone loved them!
