		<description><![CDATA[What a great idea– I never thought of lime cookies, but I really enjoyed these. I preferred to tweak the recipe a bit by doubling the glaze and using all lime juice and no milk in it. I did this to make the cookies more tart, because all the white chocolate in the cookies made them cloyingly sweet for my taste and I wanted a counterbalance. My mom thought the original recipe was great just the way it is, though. The cookies were easy to make and the glaze was also simple and brought the cookies to another level of elegant tasty enjoyment.  I squeezed my own lime juice and got about one tablespoon per lime.]]></description>
