I too, love chocolate...   This whipped cream post reminded me of my favorite way to REALLY enjoy the company to the two together.  
Make yourself some good strong hot choc using milk.  Next make your whipping cream, not too sweet and don&#039;t mix until stiff peaks, instead mix about only about half that time so that the cream is still pourable.  Pour it over the hot choc and it will just float and hang out on top of the choc...
It. is. so. good. 
When you take your first sip, the cool cream hits your palate first, then comes the creamy, hot choc...I think it&#039;s the contrast between cool, not so sweet cream, and hot sweet choc...Best combo ever!   
Don&#039;t know what&#039;s gotten into me this morning,  just wanted to share. ]]></description>
