YUM-O! I made a ton of this because we were “gifted” a large whole watermelon from by boyfriend’s parents. It was the perfect way to use up a lot of melon that would keep for a while in the freezer. We added a splash of vodka and Chambord to the finished product which just made it that little bit better.

This is so cool and refreshing on a hot summer day. The only thing I changed was I used lime juice instaed of lemon simply because I had ran out of lemon….YUMMY!!!!

I made this the other day with a small watermelon. It was so easy and is soooo goood! Even hubby who generally doesn’t like this sort of thing went back for seconds. It is so refreshing!
