		<description><![CDATA[Awesome idea and this sounds like a great recipe!  One thing to note for people trying to follow an entirely &quot;raw&quot; diet is that Agave Nectar is a highly processed food with little in the way of regulations. It is often 100% falsely labeled as raw, probably because raw can also be taken to mean that impurities are still present.

The agave is very starchy and requires a lot of cooking to become sweet and syrupy.  Amber agave nectar is simply the same product as the regular stuff, but it has been burnt.  It has NO proven health benefits and if you do a little research you will find that Agave Nectar has a very high glycemic index, so people watching their blood sugar levels should use caution and monitor their sugar closely when using this product.  

Not trying to poo-poo anyone, because the recipe sounds really tasty.  I&#039;d serve it to my vegan friends any day. I just wanted to share my information on a fad product that carries so much disinformation about it.  I can&#039;t believe they sell it in health stores.]]></description>
