I tried mixing up three bananas and just could not get it to blend well without any liquid, even though I sliced the bananas. After a very long time stirring and re-stirring, stopping and starting blender, it finally reached the desired consistency. I was disapointed with the taste after all that work. Hopefully others will have better luck with the ease of making this and the end result. Great idea but lackluster.
