		<description><![CDATA[I made these yesterday for a New Year&#039;s Day party and they were so yummy!  I made mini cupcakes, by the way.  12 minutes at 350 degrees (in a convection oven) was perfect.  My only comment would be that the frosting recipe doesn&#039;t make enough if you are piping swirls.  I will make 1.5 times the frosting the next time I make these.]]></description>

I also add 1 tsp of almond flavor and 2 tsp of vanilla.  Once the frosting has sat for about 2 hours, it&#039;s all incorporated and no longer gritty (because of the powdered sugar).]]></description>
