I’m so sorry hollyz! You are right, the recipe is my doubled version! It should read 32 servings and pour batter into TWO 9×13″ pans! I corrected the recipe, I feel badly that your oven got messed up though I hope you have better luck next time and the recipe can very successfully be cut in half to use ONE 9×13″ pan!

Especially since my zucchini is growing like crazy! I question the pan size though. I second guessed myself while I was putting in the 9x 13 pan, since it filled it to the top. But I figured it was your recipe so you would know better than me! LOL It overflowed all over the bottom of my oven and has been baking for about 45 minutes. I think next time I will use 2 cake pans.. and wonder if you might have had a typo on the size of pan? Awesome recipe though!!
