I made with meyer lemons from my backyard & my hubby and I loved them. The only thing I’d change next time is to make much smaller “clouds”. I made 6 clouds with this recipe & they were WAY too big. (Hard to eat, hard to store & the portions were too big cuz it’s really rich.) But fabulous recipe!!
