		<description><![CDATA[I followed the recipe exactly, and the mixture was too crumbly to roll. I pressed the dough into a tart pan instead, baked it that way and cut it into triangles and glazed them. The were alright, but not as good as I was expecting. I probably won&#039;t make them again.
BUT I really liked the idea of rubbing the zest and the sugar together. It was a nice way of incorporating the zest and smelled so good. I will hold on to that trick, so thanks!]]></description>
