Will try! Thinking that it might be more of a cookie if I crush up vanilla cookies mixed with melted butter and press them into circles, bake until golden, set and cooled, then continue with recipe.

I am definitely going to try these. My daughter loves samoas. So does my husband. We’re having some friends over one night this week, I think I’ll give them a shot then. I’ll be sure to come back and review them!
