What a hidden gem! Who knew 3 ingredients could produce such yummy cookies. I was so tempted to add flour, vanilla, etc… but I stayed true to the recipe and glad I did. I would say these measurements only make about a dozen cookies, so double up if you want more. Otherwise, delish!

I too make these all the time. Only I make mine with splenda instead of regular sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla and if I have on hand a sugar free dark chocolate tucked inside. Yummy.
