I like this recipe because it is not overly buttery. I did NOT use the full amount of sugar because I am not into super-duper sweet frosting, I just added and tasted until it was right and probably used about 2/3 the amount in the recipe.

I just could not get mine to thicken up, even after adding more cups of powdered sugar.

This frosting is so good! I will never buy canned frosting again. This was so easy to make, so much easier to work with, and tasted so much better. Canned frosting is a waste of money now that I know about this recipe!

This comes out perfect! Light and fluffy, not too sticky or sweet like other cream cheese icings. It also holds up beautifully

Yes, this is the only cream cheese frosting recipe I’ll ever need! I did have to add more powdered sugar, only because I was using it as decorator icing! It held up so well and was yummy! Thanks!
