It’s delicious and reminds me of sweet potato pies I had growing up. The recipe is easy to assemble and bakes into a beautiful pie. It puffed up quite a bit while baking and shrunk back down a little after cooling. This is a perfect pie! Thanks for sharing this recipe, SharonMarie!
