What a wonderful, quick recipe when the chocolate dessert urge hits. I was craving dessert and literally stirred up a batch of these sticky cakes in a flash…seems like in the blink of an eye we were devouring these tasty little cakes. Another plus is the quick cleanup of only one bowl and spatula. Easy, extremely fast, and marvelous.

I’m so glad I tried this recipe! It is so simple and made from things I always have on hand…and FAST! Perfect for a spur of the moment dessert. I ate them warm with espresso spiked whipped cream…YUM!
I think these replaced brownies as my husbands favorite treat!
