Oh wowwww… I did not really think this was gonna turn out, but it was great!!! Flaky, browned perfect, and was not greasy at all!! It sure fooled me…This is now MY NEW CRUST!!! Thank You so much!!

Well I have a pecan pie in the oven..the crust looked awfully greasy..I will return and let you know what I think…mmmm smells good..

I am just like you…cannot make pie crust at all. I find myself with the makings for a quiche and no crust grrrrrrrr!! I’ll leave out the sugar……………thanks!!

This recipe lives up to its name! It really is as easy as described, and turns out flaky, light and tasty. To make a top crust for a fruit pie, simply mix the same ingredients in a bowl, dump it on the filling, and smooth it out with a spatula. No one will know you didn’t roll it out!
