		<description><![CDATA[Great!  Made them a while ago to be beach snacks.  They are yummy, sturdy, packable little things with a different flavor and an awesome texture.  They aren&#039;t as heavy and over-bearing as peanut butter cookies.

Also, I froze half the batch (post-baking) and when we thawed them and ate them at a later date, we couldn&#039;t tell the difference from the fresh ones.
