		<description><![CDATA[Made this last night and it was very good.  May drain yogurt next time and add some lemon or orange zest to the yogurt and the sponge cake.  Nice and refreshing and less fattening than a traditional strawberry shortcake!]]></description>

You can interchange gelatine leaves or sheets with granulated gelatine, although I&#039;m not sure of the proportions off the top of my head.
